Installing the Peppermint Purple App

If you are forever forgetting where the SAL files are, or how to access your purchases etc, you can now download a Peppermint Purple mini app* onto your device that will take you straight to the Members Areas !!! 

It should pop up automatically on your main Welcome Page and also this page (unless already installed) but some people have been reporting that it doesn't, so here are some alternative options:

If you still have problems please make sure that you are not in an incognito browser, have a vpn running or have opened the website through another app eg/ clicked on a link in Facebook.

*It's technically not an app, but an internet Bookmark, that just looks like an app on your device. Don't worry about constant notifications though my skills are not up to including those

ANDROID

Open an Internet Browser and type in the website with /me at the end ie. www.peppermintpurple.com/me (if already on the device click on the person icon )

Once logged in you should hopefully see the following:

 

Ideally the pop up at Section A below will pop up, if it does, just click on that.

 

If it doesn't then look for the icon shown in Section B and click that instead.


You should then see the below, just click on Install and the App will be installed on your device 

 

ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE ANDROID OPTION:

Once logged in Click on the three dots highlighted here:

Then Look for Add to Home Screen as shown here:

Then Choose Install:


APPLE

Open Safari and type in the website with/me at the end ie. www.peppermintpurple.com/me (if already on the device click on the person icon)

Once logged in you should hopefully see the following:

If you see the purple button (shown in the red box above) then click on it you will see the following (If you do not see this then you can skip this step)



What the above message says (and if you do not have the purple pop up) is to find this icon outlined below, Click it then scroll and find the 'Add to Home Screen' option.


Once you have clicked 'Add to Home Screen' then you should see the below, just Click the Add button and the App will be installed on your device
