Refund policy

Returns
Please contact me within 30 days if you require a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

I do not accept returns on the following:
  - Gift cards
  - Downloadable patterns / fonts (If you have purchased the same pattern more than once please contact me and I can issue a gift card for the amount paid for the duplicate.)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
 - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to any error on my part

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you believe your refund has not arrived (it will take a few days) please contact me 

Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace defective items. If you need to exchange due to an error with your item, please contact me  and I will contact you regarding how to return your item. This will need to be sent to: Peppermint Purple, 2 Crofters, Crimp Hill Rd, Old Windsor, SL4 2SP, United Kingdom. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Peppermint Purple, 2 Crofters, Crimp Hill Rd, Old Windsor, SL4 2SP, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will be at my expense only if the item is deemed defective.
