I am so sorry you have experienced issues. The freebies are emailed to you and are available to download from your account - once you log in you can go to 'Your Orders' and download from there. You also have full access to the 2026 SAL (which is what I think you are referring to with the 'weeks'?) again, you just need to log in then click the 2026 Members Area. I'm always happy to purchase patterns from Peppermint Purple. They are always beautifully designed and the patterns are so clear. If you are a beginner they are easy to use and the instructions are easy to understand.
