This covers everything excluding Gift Cards and any shipping costs. eg. All Pdfs, Kits, Needle Minders, Coasters, SALS etc (Please note that any discounted bundle purchases already have discounts applied so those are exempt)

The discount is only visible in the Checkout Page (where you enter your address). It is not visible on the chart pages or the Cart.
WHEN ARE THE FREEBIES RELEASED?
These are unveiled on the 20th of each month, and they will be attached to the download you receive when your Club Membership renews - so please look out for the email. If your renewal email has not arrived please contact me asap.
If your renewal date is later in the month and you would like it brought forward to the 20th so you can start stitching asap, please fill out this form and I can change this for you.
MY MEMBERSHIP HAS JUST RENEWED BUT THE FREEBIE WAS NOT ON THE EMAIL?
If you pay monthly then the freebie link should be on the email, but if not please contact me.
If you pay for more than a month at a time, then there is an additional mechanism behind the scenes that has to trigger the monthly file send, this waits for a response from the payment which normally takes a few hours so the freebies are set up to send the next day. If you have not received this within 24hours, please contact me

No, sorry, as with all my patterns, sharing is not allowed.
I MISSED LAST MONTHS FREEBIE CAN I HAVE IT FREE NOW?
Yes, as with all pdf charts, you can log into your account and download them from your orders page, click on the order number and then scroll to the bottom of the page for the download links.
HOW OFTEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged monthly on the date of the month that you first sign up if you opted for the monthly subscription. 3/6/12 months will be charged at those intervals on the same day of the month that you joined.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes ! Once the initial 3mths is up you can cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-contract, then access will be revoked immediately so please ensure you have downloaded the freebie for the month and used the discount code if you need it prior to cancelling.
If you wish to cancel before the first 3 mths are this will be allowed in certain circumstances, please request using the Cancellation Form as I will need to action this for you.
Please note that if you have paid in advance and wish to cancel I can only refund months where the Club Freebie has not been downloaded.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
You will be able to cancel from your Account after the first 3 months. Please log into your account and Slick on 'Subscriptions', located just under your address.
If you wish to cancel within the first 3 months, please fill out the Cancellation Form as this will be allowed in certain circumstances. Please fill out this form at least 48 hours before the renewal is due.
CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO SOMEONE ELSE
Memberships are not transferable.

IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE 2 MEMBERSHIPS BUT ONE IS FREE?
If you have taken out a membership which pays less frequently than once a month, then you may spot that you have 2 memberships, one of which is free. This additional free membership is nothing to worry about and something I have set up so that your monthly club freebies are emailed to you behind the scenes (otherwise you would only get them when your membership renews).
