I love this little book, beautiful color combinations to help you decide what floss colors to use with you embroidery, Wish I had , had them many years ago. Love the spiral binding, as you can lay the pages flat. I did purchase Vol 1 and Vol 2, was totally surprised at how fast I received them since I live in the USA on the West coast, it was about one week from placing my order to actual receipt of the two books. In fact I like the two books so much I purchased a second set for a friend as a gift, and they too reached me in a matter of a few days. Good going Pepperment Purple!!!

I have bought both digital books. I love them! I tend to be not great at choosing my own colors and these are really, really helpful for me. I make use of the ideas for things other than crossstitching as well.

I find the Colour Companions very helpful when trying to choose colours for a design, like the Peppermint Purple SALs. Between Vol 1 and 2, there are 280 palettes to choose from. I appreciate how they are divided up by number of colours (3, 4 or 5) and that each palette is shown on different background colours to help you visualize how they'll look. I purchased the digital copy of both volumes and refer to them often!

This is an amazing book. 90 brand new combinations, each of them stunning and holding endless possibilities. The 4 & 5 combos are my favourite.
As with the first book, this one is easy to read is set out beautifully.
It’s even given me inspiration to use colours I would normally shy away from using.

Bought my threads for the 2024 SAL and then saw on Facebook where people were talking about all the colors. Went to the website and saw the book. At first I was hesitant to spend the money but am so glad I invested in my hobby. The color pairings are absolutely gorgeous and am able to decide on colors based on the individual I am gifting to. This makes it so easy! Highly recommend to any stitcher - new or advanced.

This is an excellent resource for choosing colors. There are 90 different combinations shown, ranging from three colors to five. The pictures are clear, the combinations inspiring, and though some combos are similar, most are quite unique. I'm quite pleased with it!

Thank you so much for this guide. I am one of those poor souls that do not seem to be able to successfully combine colors that look beatuiful together. This is heaven and will greatly improve my stitching.

Colours that go together well

I am from the United States and just received my Color Companion for Stitchers. To be honest I opened the package as soon as I got into the house! As I am one who loves stitching, but have a hard time putting colors together, this book is fantastic. My fallback was always asking my artistic husband " do these colors go together?". This book shows pictures and what colors are pulled from them along with matching floss. The color combinations are beautiful. Then to see what these combinations look like on different color fabrics is another plus. This is a total game changer for me. I have set some projects on the side as I could decide on what colors to use. Thank you Clare for all the hard work you did to pull this together. Happy Stitching everyone!🪡🪡 Lena

Love this guide, first of all. I've gotten a bunch of new ideas. My only reason for docking a star is the lack of 5+ combinations. That was the main reason I got the book because those are hardest to visualize for me and was a little disappointed there weren't more 5s, or anything higher.
