I am so sorry you have had problem Etain - I always provide plenty of thread for all the kits and am always more than happy to send more on if contacted regarding any issues. I also use DMC thread in all of my kits, and whilst I agree that their quality is not as good as it used to be, I still believe them to be the best available. I am so sorry for any issues.
EDITED TO ADD: I have just had a quick look and cannot find any order from you, and haven't sold this particular kit in over 7 months - please can you let me know the order number as I am now concerned that you didn't buy the kit from me and that someone else is supplying them.
