I have covered what I hope will be most questions, but please contact me if your question is not covered as you will not be alone in needing the answer.

I have put this info together to hopefully answer any questions you have about using the Pal's Dashboard.
I AM LOGGED IN BUT IT IS ASKING ME TO LOG IN AGAIN?
Your PALs account is a separate account to your Peppermint Purple Customer account, and you will need to log into your Pals account to access your dashboard.
HOW DO I SET UP MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
When you first log in, you will see a screen like this one: to set up your payment preferences please follow these steps.
Click on the Add Now button on the Complete Account Setup shown in the section highlighted on the image above (or you can click on the Avatar next to your name in the top righthand corner to access this too).
Here you can opt between Store Credit (given in the form of coupon codes for future purchases) or paypal.
If you opt for PayPal, you will see a field to enter the paypal email address, please enter this then click save.
All payouts are triggered on the 1st of every month. If you have opted to be paid via paypal then you will receive this amount then. If you have opted for Store Credit, the amount will be made available to you on the 1st of the month and you can then, under Payouts->Store Credit click 'Get Coupon' to create your coupon code which can then be applied at checkout
To request a password reset, please click on the avatar in the top right hand corner next to your name, then click on sign-in-method then click on reset password. Please note that this will only reset your PAL password - not your customer account password.
You will then be sent an email to do this, so keep an eye on your inbox.
HOW DO I FIND MY LINKS TO SHARE?
Your personlised link is shown in the red section - you can use either of the links shown.
If you don't want to use the first link as it contains your name, and you think the second one is too messy, then you can click the icon shown in the green box and amend the first link to something else.
Using the example shown below, my links are:
On your dashboard, click on Links & Assets -> Product Links
Here you can click on the Get Link button for any product.
The Search is a little 'unfriendly' though....it doesn't work if you enter your search term followed by the return key....you need to JUST enter the search term and NOT press return.
When you click on Get Link, you will notice that all it does is add your 'Standard Link' to the end of each link.
So you can also just cut and paste this to any link before sharing it.
STORE CREDIT IS NOT GIVING ME A COUPON
You may see an amount showing in your commission dashboard, but when you go to your Store Credit there are no funds available.
Like the paypal payments, Store Credit is released monthly on the 1st of the month. After the 1st, you can then redeem your store coupons by clicking 'Get Coupon' - this will then give you a coupon you can use at checkout against future purchases.
If you are a Club member, this coupon is unable to also include the Club discount due to system restrictions (only 1 coupon can be applied at any time), so please either choose paypal payouts, if you would rather not use paypal, please contact me to discuss options
COMMISSION IS IN £ British Pounds
All payouts will be in British Pounds as this is the base currency for Peppermint Purple and at the moment other currencies are not an option
WHERE SHOULD I SHARE MY LINKS
You can share your links anywhere. However, please do not randomly share links.
- If you stitch something and are asked where the pattern is from, share your link. If you have a blog and are writing about Peppermint Purple, share your link.
- If someone is asking for a specific pattern, share your link.
- If someone else has posted a picture of a Peppermint Purple Pattern, but not included a link, share your link.
- If you have a youtube channel, share your link.
You can pretty much share them anywhere, however if you are in a Facebook group, please make sure you follow each individual groups rules on this.
WHEN SHOULD I NOT SHARE MY LINKS
Please only share links if relevant.
Do not for example, create a link to a product on the website and just randomly throw it in a group on facebook.
If I feel a Peppermint Purple Pal is posting so many links that it just feels 'spammy' then their access to the Pals Program will be revoked.
WHEN DO I GET PAID
All payments are sent on the 1st of the month for all the previous months commissions
HOW DO I GET PAID
You can choose between Paypal or Store Credit. Please choose on your profile on the dashboard
HOW ARE REFERRALS TRACKED
Upon acceptance into the Pals program, you will receive access to your own dashboard where you can manage your links.
When customers purchase using your link, the sales will be credited to you and therefore earn you commissions.
If customers don’t place orders on the first visit, your affiliate cookie will be stored in their browsers and devices - which still earns you commissions when they within 5 days purchase as long as the cookie hasn't been deleted.
You are not able to use your own links for your own purchases.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS COMMISSIONABLE
Pretty much. The only products excluded are: Charity patterns (as that money goes straight to the charities), Club Membership and the printing service I offer, everything else is included.
