My first Blackwork attempt

Very excited to give this pattern a try. Have not done blackwork before, but like what I see in this niche of the craft. Was a little confused by the chart at first because it also includes a little cross stitch which I did not realize when I was looking at the online images. But this is fine and I understand the chart now. Hoping this chart will be compatible with Markup RX, but we shall see!
